As an out of state owner of 2 houses in Iowa I read the reviews on-line and decided to go with Recon. They came out to both houses within 2 days. They did same day roof repairs and gave a company guarantee to callback if the problem persisted. They also did brick repair work to ensure no further water damage on the other house. They sent a series of 5 pictures so I could see the work and sent email/calls as the project was underway. Even the renters were impressed with the quality of the work and cleanliness of the job site. Top notch company. Will use again!!! I would recommend to anyone.
